For game owners

Hire people for your game

Post a job, read portfolios, and pay creators for work on your project. Dev, testing, video, bots, websites, and more.

What this page is for

If you run a game and need someone to build, fix, test, or create something for it, you post here.

You might need a scripter for a new system, a builder for a map update, someone to test your game before launch, or an editor for a trailer. Post the job, see who applies, and hire from their portfolios.

This is not where you buy premade assets. That is Marketplace. This is not where you sign a publishing deal with Cryptverse. That is studio partners. This page is about hiring people for custom work on your game.

What you can post

Common jobs owners post on Talent.

  • Scripters and programmers (Luau, systems, UI)
  • Builders and 3D artists
  • Animators and VFX
  • Game testers and QA
  • Video editors and trailer work
  • Discord bots and community tools
  • Websites and portfolio pages
  • Full time, part time, or one off tasks

How hiring works

Four steps from posting to payment.

  1. 1

    Post a job

Write a clear title and description. Say what you need, who should apply, and your budget if you have one.

  2. 2

    Review portfolios

Creators apply with links to past work. Read their profiles before you message anyone.

  3. 3

    Talk and agree on pay

Use messages to ask questions. Agree on price by task, by project, or upfront before work starts.

  4. 4

    Pay when work is done

When the task is finished and you are happy with it, release payment through the platform.

How pay works

You and the creator pick what fits the job.

By task. One piece of work with one price. Good for a single feature, a bug fix, or a small deliverable.

By project. A larger body of work with a total price and a timeline you both agree on.

Upfront. Some creators accept payment before work starts when the scope is clear.

Full time or part time. Ongoing roles with regular hours. Post the schedule and rate in the job description.

Tips for a good job post

Clear posts get better applications.

  • Say what game or project the work is for
  • List the skills you need (Luau, Blender, video editing, etc.)
  • Include your budget or rate range if you can
  • Say if the role is full time, part time, or a one off task
  • Mention your timeline if there is a deadline
