Your data & security
Your email, account, and activity stay protected. Here is what we keep, why we keep it, and what we will never ask you for.
Encrypted connections
Every page on cryptverse.studio uses HTTPS. Your login and forms travel over a secure connection.
No Roblox passwords
We never ask for your Roblox password. Only sign in to Roblox on Roblox's official site or app.
We don't sell your data
Your email and profile are not sold to advertisers or data brokers.
You stay in control
Want a copy of your data or want it removed? Message us through Contact.
The short version
Cryptverse stores member emails, account details, and activity needed to run Talent, Marketplace, and the studio site. We use trusted cloud providers, limit who can access data internally, and never sell it.
For the complete policy — including how long we keep data, who we share with, cookies, and your legal rights — see our Privacy Policy.
What we collect
- Your account — email, password (through our sign-in partner), and profile info you add.
- Messages to us — anything you send through Contact, including your name and email.
- How you use the site — basic logs like IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This helps us stop abuse and fix problems.
- Site chat (if you use it) — messages you send to the floating assistant go to an AI provider to generate a reply.
What we never ask for
- Your Roblox password or login codes.
- Credit or debit card numbers in a contact form — payments go through proper checkout.
- Private keys, API secrets, or wallet seed phrases (especially in chat).
- Extra personal details we do not need for your account.
Passwords and sign-in
Sign-in runs through WorkOS AuthKit. They handle your password securely. We do not store it as plain text on our servers.
Your session uses encrypted cookies. Private keys for our systems stay on the server, not in the public website code.
If you use Google or another social login, that provider runs the sign-in under their own security rules.
Where your data lives
Hosting
The platform runs on Vercel with HTTPS and standard production security.
Database
Member accounts and activity are stored in managed Postgres (Neon). Only the services that need access can reach it.
Who can see your information
- Cryptverse staff — only people who need it to support your account or run the platform.
- Our partners — email, hosting, sign-in, and (if you use chat) AI providers. They use your data only to provide that service.
- Not the public — your email, messages, and account details are not posted on the site or sold to marketers.
Talent, Marketplace, and partner games
Using Talent or Marketplace may add profile, messaging, or payment info tied to those products. The same rules apply: we only collect what the feature needs, and we use established providers for payments and sign-in.
Partner games may have their own data rules in publishing agreements. That is separate from your Cryptverse account.
Your choices
- You can skip the site chat if you do not want messages sent to an AI provider.
- You can use a separate email for platform notifications if you prefer.
- Email Contact with privacy request to see what we hold or ask us to delete your account data.
- California residents: see the California notice on the Privacy Policy.
See something wrong?
If someone is pretending to be Cryptverse, asking for your Roblox password, or misusing data, tell us right away through Contact. Include links and dates if you can.
