Modern slavery statement

Cryptverse Studios does not tolerate forced labour, slavery, or human trafficking. This page explains our stance in plain language.

Our position

Cryptverse Studios condemns slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking anywhere it could touch our work. We are a digital game studio with a small footprint, but that is not an excuse to ignore how people are treated in our supply chain.

What this means in practice

  • People who work with us are paid under written agreements, not trapped by hidden fees or unclear terms.
  • We do not put minors in commercial roles that break local labour rules.
  • Our work is mostly digital, but we still expect partners, vendors, and contractors to treat people fairly.
  • We will update this statement as our contracts and vendor policies grow.

What we watch for

Before and during partnerships, we look for warning signs such as:

  • Opaque hiring brokers or unclear who employs someone
  • Withheld ID documents or passports
  • Recruitment fees that workers must pay back
  • Pressure to work in unsafe or coercive conditions

If we cannot get a straight answer on how people are treated, we pause the relationship until we can.
