Trust, safety & security
How we keep games fair, what we won't ship, and where to go when something serious happens.
Cryptverse Studios works on games that can grow on the platform for the long run. That only works if players trust what they buy, owners stay inside the rules, and there is a clear way to report problems when something goes wrong.
What we stand for
- Players see what they get before they spend Robux.
- No cheats, stolen content, or tools to bypass platform chat or systems.
- Monetization and features follow platform Terms of Use.
- No pressure tactics aimed at young players.
Work we say no to
- Cheats and exploitsScripts or tools built to break live gameplay, moderation, or security.
- Stolen or unlicensed contentBrands, characters, music, or art the game owner does not have rights to use.
- Misleading shopsConfusing offers, fake scarcity, or purchases that do not match what was shown.
More for game owners on Partners under platform safety.
Before we partner
Lead developers play and review games before we agree to work together. If a game or plan puts accounts, payouts, or player trust at risk, we decline, even when the money looks good on paper.
If something goes wrong
Serious safety, moderation, or impersonation issues should not be handled only in random social DMs. Use the right channel:
- Active partners: use the contact path in your agreement first.
- New issues: Contact with links, dates, and what happened, not screenshots alone.
- Bans or payout holds: start with platform support. We can help explain game context when that makes sense.
Privacy on this site vs. in games
This website has its own privacy rules, including the floating chat assistant. Read the Privacy Policy for how we handle visitors here.
Partner games may add extra rules in publishing agreements, such as how long data is kept, who handles moderation, and what is appropriate to sell to players.
For how we handle member accounts, email, and messages on this site, see Your data & security.
